The heart attack sign

1. Pain in the shoulder neck, jaw or ear
2. Sweating or feeling unreasonably hot
3. Difficulty concentrating or remembering???
4. nausea or indigestion
5, Fatigue or exhaystion
6. Shorthness of breath
7. Insomnia or sleeplenssness
8. Anxiety and stress
9. Lightheadedness or dizziness
10. Pressure in the chest area
How to reduce it?
1. Quit smoking
2. Follow diet that’s low saturated fat and transfact.
3. High intake of fibre and whole grain, and rich with legumes, fruits, leafy green begetables, fish and folate dense food.
4. Treat and control your medical conditionssuch as diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure
5. Lose weight and/or maintain your ideal body weight
6. Participate in aerobic exercise for 30-40 minutes and at least 3 times to 5 times per weak
